A car hopping woman has been arrested by Nottawasaga OPP.
At roughly 1:00 a.m. on Monday, October 27th, officers arrived on-scene on Brentwood Road after a resident reported a suspect trying to enter parked vehicles. A 31-year-old woman of no fixed address was found nearby in possession of several stolen items.
She faces charges including trespassing at night, theft under $5,000, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and four counts of failing to comply with a release order.
Police recovered a wallet and gift cards and are seeking their owners.
