Families are invited to celebrate Family Day with a free, activity-filled event at the Tottenham Community and Fitness Centre.
The Town of New Tecumseth is hosting a Family Day celebration on Monday, February 16th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., offering a range of family-friendly activities for all ages. The event includes free face painting, free skating at both the indoor and outdoor rinks, games and interactive activities, live drumming, and hands-on crafts that families can take home. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet New Tecumseth Fire Rescue firefighters, explore fire trucks, and learn more about fire safety, while temporary henna designs will be available from a skilled artist.
The Town also advises that municipal facilities will operate with modified hours on Family Day, including Town Hall and the Museum on the Boyne, while recreation centres will remain open under regular operating hours.
