The Town of New Tecumseth is advising residents about temporary road closures due to a failed culvert and water flowing over the roadway.
The following roads are currently closed for safety:
- Sideroad 15 between 11th Line and 13th Line
- 12th Line between Sideroad 10 and Sideroad 15
Municipal officials say the closures will remain in place until water levels recede and conditions allow crews to begin culvert repairs.
Residents living on Sideroad 15 south of 12th Line can still access their properties from 11th Line, while those on 12th Line can access the area from Sideroad 10.
Town staff say they will continue monitoring conditions and will provide updates as repairs move forward.
