The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury is inviting residents to roll up their sleeves and take part in its annual Community Clean-up Week this spring.
The initiative runs from Monday, April 20th to Sunday, April 26th, encouraging residents to help remove litter from parks, trails, and neighbourhoods across Bradford West Gwillimbury. The week also aligns with Earth Day on Wednesday, April 22nd, offering an added opportunity for residents to give back to the environment.
Participants can take part at any time during the week by picking up a free Clean-up Kit, available starting Wednesday, April 15th at the BWG Leisure Centre on West Park Avenue. Kits include garbage bags, gloves, hand sanitizer, and safety information, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis with no registration required.
Residents are encouraged to share their clean-up efforts on social media using #BWGCommunityCleanUp, while keeping safety in mind when collecting litter.
