Nottawasaga OPP have seized drugs and firearms following the execution of a search warrant in Innisfil.
It was carried out on Thursday, May 21st after a months-long drug trafficking investigation. Two people were arrested without incident at the residence.
During the search, officers seized a 9mm handgun with magazines, replica firearms, psilocybin, MDMA, cash, a butterfly knife, and a cellular device.
Investigators say both accused are facing multiple drug trafficking and firearm-related charges, while one of the individuals is also accused of breaching court orders. One accused was held for a bail hearing, while the second was released with a future court date in Bradford.
The investigation remains ongoing.
