The Town of Innisfil has received $7,098,182 from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation as part of its annual commitment to communities that host OLG facilities, including Gateway Casinos Innisfil.
The funding is provided through a Municipality Contribution Agreement and supports local economic and social development, infrastructure and other municipal priorities.
In 2026, a portion of the funding supported new and improved amenities at Innisfil Beach Park. Phase 1 of the park’s design-build project included $12.3 million in upgrades, including new pedestrian and beach pathways, beach expansion, bridges, a volleyball court, pop-up shop space, a toddler playground, a new washroom facility, and tennis and pickleball courts.
The Town says more than $10 million in OLG funding has been directed to over 45 projects in Innisfil during 2025 and 2026, including road improvements, streetlight programs and the Innisfil Heights Master Drainage project.
